- Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Express Shipping
- Shipping Cost: £9.99
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT/BST) will be processed on the next business day to maintain efficiency and scheduling accuracy.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable UK VAT where required by law. Customers will not be charged additional import duties for UK deliveries.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Please confirm your shipping details before submitting your order.
If you discover an error before shipment, contact us immediately at help@lunevaluxe.shop. We will try our best to correct the address before dispatch.
After dispatch, we cannot make changes or take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information submitted during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM:
All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package in real time.
You will receive tracking details via email once your package is shipped. Use this information to stay updated on the delivery status and expected arrival.
WRONG ADDRESS:
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:
- You may need to cover the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.

CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To request cancellation, contact help@lunevaluxe.shop and our support team will assist you promptly.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you receive a visibly damaged package or it appears tampered with:
At delivery:
If possible, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or return where appropriate.
After delivery:
If the damaged parcel was left at your address, take clear photos of the damage and contact us immediately at help@lunevaluxe.shop.
Please report damaged deliveries promptly to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
